Whyte Melville played its first ever game in the County League. The weather forcast was talking about Thunder and rain BUT the skys cleared and it was a beautifull morning with a blue sky and sun to host the BBOB's at Fernie Fields. Taking advantage of the good weather the 24 Bowlers had an enjoyable mornings bowls with Whyte Melville coming out on top with 2 winning rinks out of 3 earning 8 points to BBOB's 2 point. Pat Bodily's rink with Rob Pentlow, Helen Milner and Ray Hill were the highest winning rink 29-5. Pictures can be found on the "Gallery Tab"

The next game is Sunday 3 June start 10am also at home (Fernie Fields) against Burton Latimer.
